Admission Process

Application

• Candidates meeting eligibility criteria can register and obtain the registration form & Brochure from the BCIDS office for a nominal charge of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by submitting cash or DD favoring "Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Centre for Inter-Disciplinary Studies" payable at Mumbai. OR
• Candidates meeting eligibility criteria can register at our website www.bcids.org and download the application form. This form has to be submitted to BCIDS office along with a nominal charge of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by submitting cash or DD favoring Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Centre for Inter-Disciplinary Studies payable at Mumbai.
• Completed applications must be submitted along with
  • One Passport size & One Stamp size photograph
  • Attested copies of the following documents
  1. Mark Sheet – 10th & 12th Class
  2. Marksheet – Graduation (First Year, Second Year, Final Year)
  3. Certificate obtained for Extra Curricular Activities

 

Selection Process

• The candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on:
  1. Eligibility criteria
  2. b) BCIDS Entrance Test for Systems Management (BET)
  3. Preliminary & Final Round
• Provisional Admission Offer Letter will be given to selected candidates
• Final Offer letter will be given to the selected candidates on submission of full fees & final year marksheet

 

Duration

• 11 months Full Time (8 months Classes + 3 months internship)

 

Submission of Fees

• Fees to be paid by the candidates as per the schedule mentioned below.
• Program Fee : Rs 90,000/-

**In case of payment of total fees at one time, the amount charged will be Rs. 90,000/- whereas total fees in installment scheme will be Rs. 97,000/-

The candidate can also avail the installment facility. The schedule of fees paid / payable by you under installment scheme for the above program is as follows:

• Fees to be paid by DD favouring "Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Centre for Inter Disciplinary Studies" payable at Mumbai. No cheque/cash will be accepted. Candidates are cautioned against payment of fees by cash or in any manner other than as specified above

 

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates (B.Sc IT, B.Sc Comp Sc, BCA) or Diploma Holders in IT (10+3) or equivalent from a recognized University / Polytechnic. Candidates appearing in the final examination of degree / diploma are also eligible to apply.

 

Loan Facility

• Program is approved for loan facility at Indian Bank. Candidates can avail of loan facility from this bank subject to their fulfilling the bank’s other criteria & conditions

 

Accomodation

• For outstation candidates, assistance for finding residential accommodation will be provided through consultants known to the institute
  
  

• Fees for all programs will be accepted by DD only, drawn in favour of 'Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Centre for Inter-Disciplinary Studies' payable at 'Mumbai'. No cheque/cash will be accepted.
• Candidates are cautioned against making any payments, to anyone else. BCIDS will not be responsible for any unauthorized payments made to anyone in any form.
